The nutritional profile of St John’s Sea Bass was tested by a SAC-SINGLAS accredited lab in Singapore.
Yes, St John’s Sea Bass is naturally selected to be fast growing and has a low feed conversion ratio. Thus, the elite fish species requires less feed and shorter time to grow. It is also naturally selected to be disease resilient. As such, our farmers do not need to use antibiotics to ensure higher survival rate.
